One thing I had a hard time with was moving quickly through slides (make a diagnosis and move on...). Practicing with glass slides (okay, I have 15 minutes to get 10 diagnoses from this box) would be a great tool for making yourself less nervous about that aspect.
I had an attending who loved to go through this. It's not totally pointless, some of the questions are great, but probably better to use early-not during the final push towards boards. If I had used this as a med student though, I would've been so much better!!!
The parts on statistics are definitely worth reading!! Topical tests with only around 10 questions each. Explanations are awesome--I'm fairly certain I didn't understand the PPV and sensitivity/specificity relationship until I read these. Quick/short and covers statistical topics that you know will be tested.
I used this book as my summation during my studies. Made sure I knew EVERYTHING in here, and then supplemented (added notes in margins, drew diagrams, etc) from my larger comprehensive texts.

Excellent resource for CP boards studying. Some questions are too technical and overall, this book is aimed at lab techs, but the information is spot-on and if you can get through all these questions, you will be well-prepared for the CP portion of the ABP exam.
